I can not say I am big fan of this look, but Alex indeed added some fun and sassy feel on "red on red" look.
Selena Gomez seems to be a big fan of the red on red look. Personally, I think stars with Latin heritage better wear the big red.
It is said that red lips are part of typical Asian makeup, originating from the Geisha in Japan, but it does not seem to be a popular look for Asian stars.
