This one is from Madeline Girl, red+ black, it can match almost any outfit.
They are the same one that Katy Perry wore in 2011 MTV Music Video Awards. They are by GiuseppeZanotti
Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj are definitely the muse of color block,
those two singers rock the blocks of color in different style, but equally incredible!
